Where can you use luxury vinyl flooring?

Luxury vinyl plank or tile is waterproof, so they're an obvious choice for kitchens, baths, and other wet areas. However, the style makes it just as appropriate for the living and dining spaces, bedrooms, etc.

Let’s talk about style

LVF offers nature-inspired, true-to-life echoes of wood, stone, and tile. All images are taken with high-definition photography, clear and vibrant.

There is micro beveling and embossing to add depth and dimension. Textured looks include brushed, hand scraped, weathered, and embossed-in-register.

Adding to the realism, the material is cut into square, tiled-sized pieces called luxury vinyl tile. When cut into strips and mounted on boards, it is called LVP.

Durability

This can stand up to anything, and even the punishment dished out by pets and kids. It's five times thicker than the original product.

Above the design layer is a strong, clear, melamine coating called the wear layer. This protects the floor from scratches, scuffs, and dents. Pull toys, heavy foot traffic, and dropped items won't faze it.

At the very top is a clear urethane finish. It gives the surface both extra strength and shine. But, again, this is for any form, whether LVP or LVT.

Easy care & uncomplicated installation

All these floors require regular sweeping and periodic mopping. Use a manufacturer-approved cleaner and avoid waxy-shine-promoting products.

Installation is fast and easy. It can be glued down or installed as a floating floor.
